As part of our commitment to deliver your products as quickly as possible, orders are fulfilled immediately once they are received.
This means that there is a very small time-frame to make any changes to your order and/or shipment method. After your package has been shipped it is out of our control.
If you need to make changes we suggest you contact us immediately.
You can use the tracking number we provide you at time of shipping to contact the shipping company, who may be able to help you with any shipment changes.

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your product we will accept it back for refund or exchange with no hassles.**
Simply contact us with your name, date of purchase and order information. We’ll begin the process for return immediately. You are responsible for packaging the product safely with all parts included.
When we receive the returned item, we will assess it for damage. Once it has cleared inspection your refund or exchange will be authorized.
* MicroMechTronic reserves the right to refuse a refund claim if we deem the product to have been exposed to damage or improper care.
** Shipping and associated costs are not refundable. All pieces are required to be shipped back for a full refund. Refunds are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
